2. Payments are handled at the restaurant or via a PSP.

Article 6 — Prohibited Conduct

• False bookings, no‑shows
• Illegal acts or third‑party infringement
• Service disruption

Article 7 — Intellectual Property

All content is owned by us or rightful third‑party owners.

Article 8 — Disclaimer

We disclaim liability except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 — Service Suspension

The service may be suspended without notice for maintenance, incidents, force majeure, etc.

We handle users' personal information in accordance with Privacy Policy.

Article 11 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by Japanese law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Tokyo District Court (first instance).

Article 12 — Language

The Japanese version prevails over any translation.
